Coconut palm sugar is a natural sugar extracted from the nectar of tropical coconut palm flowers in Indonesia. Once harvested, it is boiled to create caramel, which is then crushed into a fine crystal.

Therefore, coconut sugar contains a number of naturally occurring minerals such as calcium.

Its advantage is its low glycaemic index, i.e. it causes only a gradual rise in blood sugar and insulin levels.

SweetTree palm sugar is not an artificial sweetener, but a more nutritious version of refined white sugar. It is our first choice for every use, from coffee to tea, cereals, baking and desserts.

Hana Procházková 27. August 2017

S pozdravem Michaela
