Recommended dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: Dissolve 1 level teaspoon in a glass of water. To achieve a beneficial effect in reducing excessive flatulence after meals, take 1 g at least 30 minutes before meals and 1 g shortly after meals.

For teeth whitening: Apply a small amount of powder to the palm of your hand. Wet a toothbrush and dip it into the powder. Gently brush for 2 minutes. Brush again with water or toothpaste to remove any residue.
