Who sews the pouches for you?

The bag is a local product made by Czech hands. We have it sewn in the workshop of the organisation Český západ, which employs women from socially excluded localities in the Toužim and Tepel regions and enables them to retrain, return to the labour market and thus to society. Quality accessories are handmade here from natural materials for a nature-friendly lifestyle.

This organisation provides social services to socially disadvantaged people in the Karlovy Vary Region and helps them to resolve their adverse life situations, especially in the areas of employment, education, housing, health care and contact with the majority. Český západ operates the aforementioned textile and ceramic work-training workshop.

This sewing workshop is a holder of the Ethnic Friendly Employer label, which is awarded to companies that apply the principle of equal treatment of ethnically different populations. By buying Czech West products, you can make yourself and your loved ones happy and give jobs to people who would find it difficult to find them elsewhere.
