Extra Virgin Olive Oil Picual Organic

Cold-pressed virgin olive oil from the Picual variety is made from ripe olives grown using biodynamic agriculture in Spain.

The Picual variety is known for its mildly pungent flavor, indicating a high polyphenol content (778 mg/L). These antioxidants act as natural preservatives and have a positive effect on our health.

At the same time, Picual has one of the lowest acidity levels on the market: always below 0.15%, with some batches even just 0.08% acidity.

This oil is one of the most stable olive oils, highly resistant to rancidity. It retains its properties two to three times longer than other varieties.

Suitable for everyday use in both hot and cold cuisine, it has a high smoke point (210°C), making it ideal for grilling, roasting, and frying. It also works wonderfully in salads, dips, sauces, marinades, soups, and even with fresh bread.

In addition to its high polyphenol content, the quality of this oil is enhanced by its vitamin E content.

The way olive oil is processed and its freshness are crucial to its quality. Our choice does not compromise on either. It is pressed purely mechanically, cold, and as soon as possible after harvest to prevent oxidation.

Organic olive oil and organic cultivation certificates

No synthetic chemicals, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or derivative chemicals are used in cultivation. In addition to the European organic certification, the oil is also CAAE certified. This certification guarantees:
