Create awesome delicacies in your own home kitchen! Nutritional yeast, also known as "tebi", is the secret ingredient that will make your soups, salads and spreads unforgettable. Have you tried ours? It will give you an even better taste experience.

And not only does it taste great, it's one of the richest natural sources of B vitamins. Eating it will boost your mental well-being, as these vitamins enhance the proper functioning of the nervous system. They also have a positive effect on metabolism and the immune system. B vitamins benefit your beauty and the quality of your hair, skin and nails.

Meet Vitalvibe NUTRITIONAL yeast

Nutritional yeast rich with B12 and B vitamins (including folic acid and vitamin B12) and zinc. It contains the same yeast strain as the classic baker's yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, but inactivated. It is grown under careful supervision on beet molasses, enriched with vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). The resulting product is a fine flake with a delicious sweet and salty taste that is a treasure in the kitchen.

Thanks to the fact that the yeast is not active, it does not promote leavening and at the same time does not disturb the intestinal microflora. So you don't have to worry about digestive problems like bloating. They are gluten-free and therefore suitable even for those who prefer to avoid gluten.

And if you remember the classic yeasty taste in soup or spread from your childhood with dislike, forget it! This is something completely different. The yeast lends a very pleasant flavour to dishes, slightly reminiscent of Parmesan cheese. By adding it to dishes, it can conjure up a delicate touch.

...in short, the perfect culinary gadget in top quality

Wondering what makes our delicious yeast special? Then we recommend you try it. You will experience the "wow effect" of the unbeatable taste for yourself. The extra-large, delicate flakes melt beautifully on the tongue. It also tastes great on its own on a spoon. Hundreds of those who have already tested it could testify that our Vitalvibe yeast represents the absolute "next level" among nutritional yeasts.

It comes in a handy zip-lock package that ensures the yeast doesn't draw moisture and stays loose for a long time.

Essential helper in the kitchen

Nutritional yeast is an absolutely delicious delicacy used to flavour food. It has a delicious cheesy to nutty taste that is hard to resist. It is suitable for flavouring many types of food: it is added to soups, salads and spreads, and can even be used to season homemade bread. It adds a "zing" to dishes, that great "fifth" umami flavour. The advantage of delicatessen yeast is that it binds water. It is therefore also great for thickening sauces, to which it gives a creamy consistency.

Creamy, delicate and filling food. In short, this recipe has everything you want from a risotto. Barley groats are an amazing local ingredient, they contain a third more protein, less carbohydrates and more fiber than brown rice. Thanks to the cashew, the crumb will acquire a wonderful smoothness and full flavor, while the nutritional yeast will create a cheesy taste. Asparagus makes a creamier crust and the green asparagus will bring the shine on the top!

Buckwheat salad with parsley, roasted celery, mushrooms, nutritional yeast and cashew-pepper sauce

Buckwheat has gained a bad reputation due to incorrect preparation. I would like to teach you to like it. It is naturally gluten-free, easily digestible, and has a high content of protein, fiber, group B vitamins and minerals. It also has a mild taste in its natural, unroasted form. So I much prefer this version and the kids love it too. Moreover, it is our local raw material.

Dobrý den, lahůdkové droždí s vitamínem B12, jakou teplotu snese? Budu li ho dávat do horké polévky.

Ing. Petra Vašková odpověděl:

product specialist, holistic nutrition consultant

Petra
