Recommended use

Usage:

• Diffuse Oregano oil in a diffuser for 10 min. May cause irritation to mucous membranes or skin if inhaled directly from diffuser or bottle.

• Add Oregano oil to your favorite body oil and rub into muscles to achieve a warming effect. The minimum recommended dilution is 1:4, some aromatherapists recommend up to 1:100.

• Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex or olive oil.

• Add 5-20 drops (1 ml) to 100 ml of olive oil to create a delicious flavoring for your kitchen.

• Place the essence diluted with olive oil in a capsule and use for up to 10 days.

Important:

Always use the essential oil diluted with fatty oil to avoid irritation of the skin or mucous membranes.
