Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) has a sweet, spicy aroma that is stimulating and invigorating. Because it has great natural properties, it is an important part of our Thieves blend. Its main ingredient is eugenol, which is used in dentistry to numb the gums. Of all the ingredients Young Living tested, clove scored highest on the ORAC scale for antioxidant activity. Always dilute for topical use.
