Alma'snatural exfoliating soap contains white clay, high-quality black charcoal from willow wood and extra-fine pumice to beautifully massage your skin and remove dead skin cells. This soap is especially suitable for softening rough skin on feet or stressed hands.

The soap is enriched with essential oil of black spruce(Picea mariana). In aromatherapy, this oil is used to soothe anxiety and stress, for nervous exhaustion and to promote good mood and confidence. It also relaxes the respiratory tract, harmonises the circulatory system and the musculoskeletal system.

It is recommended to use the exfoliating soap no more than 2 times a week to avoid excessive strain on the skin.

Usage: Gently lather the soap in your hands under running water and let it melt over your skin. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Tip for washing with soap for healthier skin: While soaps are beautifully cleansing, they disrupt the skin's microbiome. So we recommend lathering the soap in your hands and washing with just the lather. Similarly, just wash only the stressed parts of your body (armpits, intimate zone and feet). If you don't need to, you don't have to wash your whole body with soap, water is enough.

Ideally, you should get a draining soap dispenser to keep yoursoap dry at all times. Soaps are made to be durable, however, staying in water in a non-draining soap dish will not do them any good. As long as possible, we recommend placing your soap on the soap dish "standing up".
