Nuts and seeds excel over other foods with a high concentration of all nutrients. Thanks to this, they can give birth to a new life - a new plant, and also ensure its growth. They can give their energy also to the human organism. They pose a rich source of essential fatty acids, also quality protein, minerals and vitamins.
